Hello. The service was excellent even though the code did not work. The unlock code was a different code. I do not believe the fault was on your side. I did call the Carrier (Rogers here in Canda) and pressed the hard to unlock it for free and they did so that is why it does not matter that the code provided by you folks did not work because ultimately I did get the phone unlocked but it is still not usable on any other network other than Rogers because Rogers made sure the device was only set up with their network provisioned in it...in other words no there networks are listed for a choice. Anyway folks...great service and follow up on your part and we will use your services again as we are a Carrier reseller. Thank-you.
