IT WORKED, GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE
I wanted to unlock my LG KU311, which worked with certain simcards but didn't work with the simcard I actually wanted to use. I received my code quite quickly, about 30min after I made the payment. At first I had quite a lot of trouble actually entering the code, since I couldn't dial any other numbers than a SOS call. Finally after trying several simcards (which I luckily had) I could enter the code and unlock my phone. Customer service answered my emails quickly and suggested different codes until my problem was solved.
I would recommend this for anybody wanting to unlock their phone without having to go anywhere

¿ Cómo introducir el código al teléfono LG KU311 ?
1. Inserta una tarjeta SIM de otro operador (no aceptado).
2. Introduzca 815118#*# o 815118#311#
3. El teléfono pedirá por el código.
4. Introduzca el código de desbloqueo NCK y pulse aceptar.
